We accept secure payment methods at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times vary depending on the item and whether it is custom-made.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
Lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the carrier

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade and custom items:

All sales are final
Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for damaged items
You must contact us within 2 days of delivery with proof of damage
